ComeOn adds AML module to Neccton partnership

The ComeOn Group has announced an extension of its ongoing partnership with Neccton, by utilising the anti-money laundering module within the group’s mentor software package.

The latest addition to the operator’s suite of AI-based data tracking tools comes as ComeOn asserts that it’s “committed to protecting their customers from gambling related harm as well as supporting the objective of a gaming market free from crime”.

The mentor responsible gaming system has been utilised by ComeOn for the past two years, with the company stating that it has been done “with great success”.

Among the company’s extensive igaming and sportsbook portfolio is Casinostugan, CherryCasino, EuroLotto, Folkeautomaten, GetLucky, Hajper, Mobilautomaten, Mobilebet, NorgesSpill, Snabbare and Suomikasino.

Juergen Reutter, chief executive officer at ComeOn Group, explained: “Neccton have always provided ComeOn Group with a highly efficient and professional service ensuring that all business needs are catered for.

“We have found a trusted partner in Neccton with a stable and robust system. Discovering more opportunities with the software, it became a natural choice for us to expand this collaboration when taking our next steps in strengthening our work within the AML sphere which plays a crucial role in our regulatory compliance.”

Neccton’s mentor tracks specific metrics which could indicate that somebody is spending more than they can afford, such as chasing losses, in-session deposits, failed deposits and cancelled withdrawals, and alerts operators instantly if certain markers of harm are surfacing.

The solution also communicates directly with players via customised messages detailing changes in play or overspending, and includes information that allows them to analyse their own behaviour and compare it to the player base.

Michael Auer, Neccton director, added: “AML is such a hot topic in Europe at the moment and rightly so, it’s a very serious matter. There are many commonalities in the data for player protection and those for AML, so we thought it made sense to offer our clients this extra protection as an additional module within mentor. It’s highly cost-effective and our clients using it around the world are extremely satisfied.”
